Hopefully this means production is nearing completion and they ship out soon

I can't wait! Pre-ordered mine and talked a few buddies into pre-orders as well.
Or more likely your monitor...KnickKnackCity wrote: ↑Wed Jul 25, 2018 10:31 amColor looks more of a salmon than burnt orange to me. Could possibly just be the camera/background/lighting though.
Could be my eyes as well. Getting older along with a lot of people I know

The steel is obviously the main attraction but who wants a knife that has scales with a color they dislike? I've seen where you've stated your dislike for black handles. I don't really mind black (although I don't want more) but I certainly wouldn't want the washed out orange in that pic. I'm not even sure what color rit dye I could use to make something decent. I guess I could always buy some of the Micarta scales I've wanted.bearfacedkiller wrote: ↑Wed Jul 25, 2018 11:05 pmAre we buying this for the color?
I’m in it to try the steel in my favorite folder. :D
Bring on that Military!!!

Exactly.... they could make it in seafoam green and I'd still have preordered one. Keep getting emails weekly from KC that my order is still in process.bearfacedkiller wrote: ↑Wed Jul 25, 2018 11:05 pmAre we buying this for the color?

If you're in the Collectors Club you get a number on the blade. I don't like the extra writting on the blade personally, think it's kind of ugly. I have some Emersons that are numbered, but really unless it's one of the first 10 made, it doesn't add much value.Mtnhiker18 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 29, 2018 10:00 pmIm starting to see how one gets into collecting these. Why not make them more collectable by serializing them?
