Hello all, I am a huge fan of the PM2 and I reckon I’m not alone, so if any of you don’t mind chiming in, may I ask what is your favorite variant, or if you like, which do you think is “the best” (I guess those are pretty much the same but maybe not)? There have been so many and I hope there will be many more! And hey, everybody likes pics amirite? Thanks to all!

Bento Box Shop exclusive with M390 steel and smurf blue G10. Always have been and probably always will be my favourite.

I have only had 3 and they were all my favorite- foliage green elmax, grey cruwear, and OD Green dlc s30v

Looks-wise the Red M390 from DLT Trading is awesome and you don't see many models in Red. The Jade G10 with DLC M4 blade from BHQ is also a looker! You cant go wrong with the Blurple S110V if you want a good looking slicer that will stay sharp for days. But for me, the Cruwear is my favorite. I would grab one while you can! I'll definitely pick up a Rex 45 to try and a Maxamet if they release more of those. The Peel Ply Carbon Fiber with 52100 blade is also awesome, and you can still get those as well! Decisions, decisions!

Order of favorite in pic below. The M390 is my oldest PM2, originally a BBS special. However, the CRUWEAR hasn't left my pocket since I got it over a month ago.

I love M4, DLC, and the Golden peel ply CF is one of my favorites.



Runner up to my old favorite, the KW exclusive M4/CF, which is available again.

I only have one PM2 now, and it’s the Jade/DLC/M4. Beautiful looking PM2, a home run for sure!

The only one I have is a KC exclusive smooth black G10 Cruwear, but I really wish I had a red DLT exclusive. It's the one that gives me reason to kick myself every time I see one.

DLC S30V. Sharpens quickly and resist corrosion better than any other PM2. Always available and for a very reasonable price. Discreet black.

I've had a few but I've only kept the brown S35VN and the gray Cruwear. I probably grab the S35VN more but like both. There are a few that I haven't had that I think would compete though, DLC M4, 204P...

S30V digi camo with black DLC. I lusted after this knife for 2 years before getting it. Its in my pocket 50% of the time (the other 50%) is a ZDP dragonfly. I will most likely pic up a Rex 45 PM2 but it wont replace my current EDC knife. Awesome looking and the digi camo looks similar to my old uniform (USMC)

Maxamet is my favorite. I was lucky enough to buy a perfect example directly from Sal, at the OKCA show in April.

BBS M390 is a close second.

My favorite that I own is my M390 with CF PM2

Blurple S110V. Great 'all around' steel and I really like the color.

Not a 2nd gen, but still my favorite.

Probably because their the only 2 I own. Not much variation in steels, but I love them both.
