Besides the Native, which models have no ramp between the scales and blade spine?

Kiwi4 and Techno, for sure. Almost negligible on the Superleaf.

Off the top of my head, Yojimbo, Mantra 2 and Techno. Dice, Domino, Manix and Chaparral have small humps. Efficient, maybe? Lil Native and Shaman, of course, since they're based off of the Native. Positron? The Lum Chinese models. Sliverax and Ouroboros?

Edited to add non one hand openers like Roadie and SpyDK. Also Squarehead. And Baby Jess Horn also has a small hump.

The Junior is one without a hump that doesn't seem to have been mentioned yet!
Also, the Dogtag folder, Lil Nilakka, Myrtle, and Nirvana don't have a hump.

I'd also consider the hump on the D'Allara 3 to be "small"
