Lil’ Native Back Lock liners?

#1

Post by MichaelScott »

I looked on the Spyderco website for the answer, but I only found a page for the Lil’ Native compression lock version. I remember watching Eric talking about the back lock version at, I think it was Shot Show, not sure, but he mentioned that he really liked that the backlock version would not have steel liners. I haven’t been able to verify this since. Anyone know?

Pretty sure they don't, but you might want to ask the question in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=78773&sid=9edbf6946 ... 8d42b6d56d

Remembered to look in my catalog. No liners. Saves 0.3 oz, 8 gm. Hmmm… which one? I like the back lock a bit more than the compression lock but the wire clip more than the solid clip.

Got my back lock lil native today, no liners.

I have the compression lock version as well. I prefer the back lock version in hand - the pocket clip on the compression lock version has a pretty nasty hotspot at the base of the handle, where the corner of the wire clip sticks up. No complaints in terms of ergos on the back lock version.
