An update. I’m finalizating my final four. Sold my Manix 2 LW and Delica and ordered a basic PM2, black, plain edge from SFO. Now I’ll have a small: Roadie, medium: Chaparral FRN; large: PM 2. I think this well covers that range of folders, at least for me. As to a fixed blade, I’m undecided. Since I don’t get out in the bush much any more, but still enjoy river fly fishing, it might be one more suitable for that. Research. Research. That’s part of the fun.
