Clipitool standard question for Sal or anyone in the know
The main blade on the clipitool standard is a liner lock, but does it still have a backspring similar to the liner lock victorinox? If so does that mean I can pull the liner and make the mainblade a slipjoint?

Dear Simyo:
The ClipiTool Standard does have a stainless steel backpacer, but it does not provide any spring tension on the blade like a classic slipjoint. If you pulled the liner to eliminate the LinerLock function, the blade would swing free and have no detent or spring tension to keep it open or closed. It would then be unsafe to carry and use.
Stay safe,
Mike
