I made a really nice pasta salad today and used my two favorite kitchen knives which, surprisingly are Spyderco’s 
. Man these things blaze through and veggie, meat or cheese like it’s not even there. I LOOOOOOVE my Spydiechef and it hasn’t left my pocket since I got it a few weeks ago. My Para 2’s are getting very jealous I think because they’ve all just sat on the counter.

A pocket-sized knife isn't always the best choice in the kitchen, but for cauliflower, the Stretch 2 XL is right about perfect.
