One Letter Difference
If your spyderco knife was shipping you'd be elated, but if your spyderco knife was chipping you'd be deflated. Can you think of another single letter change that would shift your mood from kind to rude using spyderco knives as the context of the contest?
Re: One Letter Difference
If I'm gonna bend over and pick up my knife,
it better be sharp
If I'm gonna bend over and pick up my knife,
I better not shart
It would definitely shift my mood...

Better abused than unused. Better filleting than just laying. I never earned to count.

Re: One Letter Difference
I like when my knives have a strong lock.... Change that first letter, and it's not really what I'm lookin for in a knife.

I'm glad the mail said Knife Sent and not Knife Bent! :p

Don't laugh ... I actually did about the same. I wanted a HB SE and when the knife arrived it was a PE. I scratched my head and had another look at my order and sure enough I got what I ordered. :confused:ZrowsN1s wrote:I ordered PE and got SE instead

I'd much rather trust in a good lock than to rely on good luck.SolidState wrote:I like when my knives have a strong lock.... Change that first letter, and it's not really what I'm lookin for in a knife.

To paraphrase Mae West, "When it's mint it's fine, but when it's mine it's better."
(the Duke of Norfolk to Mae on receiving a gift of cigars and brandy from the saucy lady: "Thank you madam, but I neither smoke nor drink. Norfolk.")

I love a solid and hardened clip, but get bummed if that'll make it chip

It's very nice if your blade will effortlessly cut,
but very bad if when locked it won't stay put
I like having a nice knife on me when there's some hard plastic wrapping to pierce
but hate that most people around me see the tool as something fierce
Wiping off and drying your used knife is really quite simple,
but if you don't take proper care rust will soon start to dimple
sorry for any mistakes, English ain't my first or second language :o

Whatever Spyderco you want to pick,
all your boxes it will most likely sure tick.
Remember they engrave by laser the text
to avoid a fake when you buy your next
And if you are a knife nut who cares for the steel,
you know that a Spydie sprint is always a steal
so why are you waiting to pick up that deal,
get a Spyderco and feel it for real!

I hope my Foundry doesn't cross a Boundry [sic].
Re: One Letter Difference
You wanted your knife to cut like a demon, but it ended to cut like a lemon.
Re: One Letter Difference
It was a bad day when my Rescue got lost in the overgrown fescue...
But not as bad as the day when my Pacific Salt got dropped off the side of the trawler a thousand fathoms deep in the Atlantic Silt...
Then there was the time I had to pay the clerk for my Bi-Fold, but I was shocked to discover I'd lost my Bilfold...
But it's getting better-- here comes my wife in a sarong carrying some grapes and my Barong.
