Thanks to Sal for improving OpFocus program

I was excited to read in the latest Spyderco Byte that the OpFocus Program has been improved and streamlined.

I'm a veteran who didn't retire. Which meant I wasn't eligible for the previous OpFocus program. Now, registering through SheerID, many more people are eligible.
