Ditto on the Blue/Grey Chinese, what a great EDC. Love the way the blade flows right into the handle(makes a nice arc). Only down side is it is very slick in the hands but it looks too good to put anything on it to improve the grip. Just have to be a bit more careful thats all.Take care and enjoy the LUM!

You do mean VG-10...Right!! As in the bladesteel.
I just sold my Blue Lum Chinese, would love one in G-10 with liners...and 20% bigger overall <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
Take care and have a great weekend!!<img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Jenner,

Thank you. We here at Spyderco aim to please!

TA101 Pack Rat (Bird and Trout Series) we discontinued them last year, and then the MSRP was $90.95. TA01 has a black Micarta handle, AUS-6 blade steel, weighs 1.6oz and the blade is 2 1/2" long. Overall length open is 6 1/4".

A G-10 Chinese would rock! Yet I presume, just like the other guys, it's the VG-10 steel.

"...and 20% bigger overall "

There were protos of 3 sizes of the 'folder', butt alas, no G10 handles I fear. I believe the closest one to the what was made is the middle one.

I like the smallest one. Looks like the blade is under 3".
And I don't need G-10 scales either. I will be pleased with some cheap Ti <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
