how late is too late to join in the fun? I'll have to really budget for this one, and want to join in. Missed last year's session due to lack of funds(no job then). Cost of hotel and food?

and what toys will I need before the session? I'm used to my Endura and Millie, haven't handled the gunting much.

Vamp,

Forumites are an honorable bunch...drop me a line...we can definitely work something out. Motivated students are more important than money.

You can take my place doing demos with Brambo...That should be worth something..LOL <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> I'll save $$$ on ice packs.

Steve> I saw the pics of BOK's pain from last time... with him acting as a training "I can take the pain" "yah right" buddy. Though it'd be interesting to feel it coming from a professional.

I'll do my best to have the cash set aside for it, might even have enough to buy a drone there(if I starve till then).

BRAM> whew. no stakes and garlic, had me worried for a sec. :p

It'll be a long drive, have to see if my buddy wants to run around Vancouver for a few days. Or pick up someone on the way to trade off driving with. Screw the airlines, I'll take a 24-28hr drive.

I'm sure all who attend will have a good time.

If I was going I'd be first in line to be 'demo dummy'...doesn't bother me...it's good to experience first hand that it works.

Bram, you are making Vancouver sound awful tempting!!! I may have to consider it if there is still room.

Theres lots to see in Vancouver and its easy to get around. July will be really nice too. Good food, good weather, great Sushi and maybe some pretty girls at the seminar?

Of course the lovely miss aXed will be there - the most hyper and enthusiastic of the bunch!

This makes me want to travel north from Texas for the weekend! I am not liking the prices I am seeing for refundable airline tickets, though.

Well if you've never been to Vancouver I tell you July is a great time to be here. I will sorely miss Vancouver this summer.

It's going to be like having a 12 month winter for me.

argonz,

You'll have a blast here. Then we'll go down to Spokane and play there afterwards. Having the two consecutive weekends definitely allows you to really build on the skills presented.

Rex,

Come on up. You won't regret it. I'd love to hit the Lone Star state one of these days too.

Ok, just started a new job last week... cash isn't a problem now.

now to figure out how to get down there. Car deosn't work, and I'm not about to give them my time or cash at the airport. Bus could work.

steve> I'll shoot you an email for details.

I could pay the seminar off at the end of may, rather than just a deposit. April's pay is already taken... **** bills and a couple knives.
