Didn't see this coming so soon! Just picked one up from GPK. This is my most wanted Spyderco this year. I never like the FRCP version. Just too much of a cheap feeling for me. Looks like it has skeletonized liners too!

Who else is in on this boat??

Man you ain't kidding. It feels like it's been months since I bought the Mantra.

Skeletonized liners are a big plus that I didn't see coming.

Cool, had preordered, should be getting a notification soon...got caught off guard though....3 in the Mail now...hap40 dragonfly will be 4 when that ships, this will be 5...hap 40 stretch came on the 5th, thats 6...and I went off and got 6 other dragonflys...so...I'm at 12 this month, and probably in a little bit of trouble...told her I won't order anymore, didn't mention besides these two, I still have 11 on pre-order...I hope there's a little lull now , but like you all, I'll start to jones if there is.

I'm kind of over Manix 2's, but there's something uber appealing about that Plurple G-10! I might have to have one. I'm trying to hold out for the S110V Military.

I'm not sure about the color. It looks almost purplish, unlike my dark blue lightweight.

pretty sure its made out of the same G10 as the PM2...soooo....that would make it Blurple :)

Yeah, that doesn't appeal to me. I'll stick with my black G10 and my dark blue lightweight.

Great to see more S110V Blurple beauty coming.
But I still waiting for the one that rules them all.

According to the GPK description.

You can see the liners here in this photo, they look skeletonized to me.

I'm actually really starting to like the color, my PM2 is starting to darken some with use so looks less purple and more deep blue. S110V is going to be a great steel for this knife, heck for any knife.

I won't do custom scales on sprints but this is begging for micarta cuscadi scales.

Doh! now that this knife is coming with skeletonized liners I'm going to have to get one.

I actually really like the purple G10, so that wasn't a factor, but weight was... the standard Manix 2 is just a bit too heavy for comfortable EDC pocket carry.

Love the color and the steel, can't wait get get it ....really hope they get to the XL too, haven't heard anything about that getting the s110v, but they did say most the Golden made would.
