Nice purchase ! The Exocet is the only microtech auto I find interesting, some of the variations are pretty nuts.

I'm pretty disappointed by my Civivi Cogent. Has terrible lock stick, I tried to fix it and thought I succeeded but it just started doing it again. When the flipper is used, the plunge lock engages further than if I go slowly...
Since it's a "black blade" it already shows marks of use, I wonder if the dealer will take a return.
:respect In the collection :respect : Lots of different steels, in lots of different (and same) Spydercos.

Time to sell a few Spydie's to offset this one. Been looking for these inlays on a Large for a while now! Also interested to see if I can notice a difference in their fairly soft ran S35VN compared to this S45VN. Doubtful, but gave me another reason to try it out!

I'm just hoping the inlays are similar to what the photo is, or better!

On another note, I was following this Umnumzaan on eBay the past few days. I threw in a bid at $500 a couple days ago...that knife is now up to $930!!!!!!! Blows my mind that people can't remain patient for a new run and spend that kind of money on something that's not even a special edition!

The polished Box Elder has been my most carried Sebbie for months now. Im sure they'd send you pics if you asked... This particular wood grain varies greatly!

I was really thinking your next CRK would be The Boss, but I'm glad you went for the Box Elder!

I definitely have my eye out for a Zaan, but in no rush now. Box Elder inlays have always caught my eye. I've been enjoying my PJ 31 and decided I'd like a fancier one to pair with it. It should be here Wednesday, I'll have to wait and see for the pattern!

I like that this one has the matte finish, where my Small 31 with the Macassar inlays is polished. They should look great together.

A Grimsmo Norseman. I had one, sold it, regretted it. So recently I’ve been checking out their inventory, nothing really struck me until today when I saw the exact configuration that I sold. The final push was it was made on my birthday. I had to do it even though I swore off right handed knives. There’s just something about a Norseman that I really like.

Nice! That looks like the old micarta pattern, which I prefer. My natty Insingo is one of my favorite Sebenzas

Hmm... I'm not sure?

I remember the 21s had the two bar inlays, this is a 31 with the single wide inlay. I haven't been paying attention to CRK as much recently, but I'm pretty sure this is the current inlay pattern. The knife is definitely new, and coming with an S45VN blade - stoked on that!

Been jonesing for some new knives. My REK Embers should be complete sometime in February. Got a Shiro Neon NL Black Micarta MRBS coming from Canada, probably be a couple weeks, and I may either be pre ordering a Arno Benard iMamba or picking up a Orca.
