That jade green sprint will be my first PM2 when it comes out. I thought the Manix 2 would be too big but I love it, so I rethought the PM2.

Seems like a PM2 in M4 might be a good starting point :)

i'm also ready for some M4, in a Mantra. It will be my first flipper, first titanium frame lock and first in M4.
how could I refuse the urge?

I am ready but my wallet is not. This M4 Para2 and the HAP40 Stretch are the only two knives I HAVE to have at the moment so as long as they do not drop at the same time I'll be OK. :D

I do not see the m4 para military 2 up for pre order yet on knife works. Did it come and go and I missed it? I am signed up for email notification.

Negative, M4 will patina if not cared for, I actually like patina so not a concern for me. What I like about M4 is how tough it is and the fact that it gets and holds a great edge with some ease.
