I LOVE smaller blade(s); my EDC is the
SE cricket <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> I do plan on getting a
Toad soon <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> I just follow the old
aphorism :"Discretion is the better
part of valor"<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

I bought my dad a Toad for Xmas and he LOVED it (he has been a knife collector for many decades, and he is hard to please). He got into Spydercos from my own influence and he thinks they are some of the finest knives he has ever seen. <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> I will get a Toad for myself sometime this year. It's a little knife, but a powerful one and very easy to carry around. A definite addition to my already large EDC collection. <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

I usually carry my Toad when I'm working in the office, but out in the field it's either a Rescue or Calypso Jr. The Toad is great for utility chores like opening boxes and cutting out magazine articles, and is "cute" and not at all intimidating to the others in the office. For field work its a little fragile because of the thin blade.
