I love my toad. It's a good looking little that cuts very well for its size.

I have had a Toad for quite a while now and it's one of my EDC's. I wear dockers at work and usually just drop it in my pocket without using the clip. Nice knife, I can get mine very sharp. It has a thinner edge than most.

My first spydie was a Toad that I got as a gift. I fell in love with it and it started my spyderco addiction.

I bought my dad a Toad for Xmas and he LOVED it (he has been a knife collector for many decades, and he is hard to please). He got into Spydercos from my own influence and he thinks they are some of the finest knives he has ever seen. I will get a Toad for myself sometime this year. It's a little knife, but a powerful one and very easy to carry around. A definite addition to my already large EDC collection.

I like my Toad but don't carry it often since I'm afraid I might lose it when clipped to my rear pocket. Maybe I should carry it like some of you who carry it at the bottom of the (front) pocket.

Mine is numbered--are they still made numbered? I wouldn't mind a PE to go with my SE.

My dad carries it clipped on the inside pocket of his jacket. I would carry it on the front as well, clipped on a vest pocket (like a watch) since it is rather small.

I usually carry my Toad when I'm working in the office, but out in the field it's either a Rescue or Calypso Jr. The Toad is great for utility chores like opening boxes and cutting out magazine articles, and is "cute" and not at all intimidating to the others in the office. For field work its a little fragile because of the thin blade.
