What is this model??

I have found this models, I have had many spydercos, but I don't know him....
does anyone know how model is this?? Had how much is the value?

Looks like a Rescue Snap-It.

As Bruceter said, this is the C26 SBKEMT Snap-It. It was introduced around 1993 and has a FRN handle with Krayton insert.
Measurements of the black FRN with Krayton insert with Sheepfoot (C26SBKEMT) model:
Overall length: 6 7/8"
Closed length: 5 1/8"
Blade length: 2 7/8"
Edge length: 2 3/8"
As for value, I would check eBay or other completed online auctions to see what they've been selling for. I've seen them sell for around $130 and as high as $200 in the past year. Your knife looks like it's in great shape, so it should have a higher value. Also, knives in their original boxes (in good shape) fetch higher prices too.
