As per title. Looking for corrosion resistance, and was wondering if there are any competing brands I should be looking for - so far I havn't found any, which seems strange to me.

There are some makers who do Titanium knives, but those tend to have poor edge retention compared to H1.

Benchmade makes / made a line of dive knives that were extra corrosion resistance, but not rust proof.

Custom makers can make you fixed blades in LC200N, Magnacut, Vanax etc.

Quiet Carry makes a Vanax Drift designed for extreme corrosion resistance. They look well made but I have not personally tried one as the overall design doesn't appeal to me.

There aren't a ton of practical options from other companies I'm aware of.
