Used my Pacific Salt to carve wood post caps that needed a little trimming so the would pop on the posts. What a great work utility knife.

My K2 Farid to cut the Turkey and the Ham.
Re: What did you cut with your Spyderco today?
Used my Caly 3.5 to cut some fine smoked turkey. My son-in-law was taken back for a second when I flipped out my Spydie and started doing some clean-up on that bird. Caly got a good bath tonight :D

At work 2 days ago, I actually had 2 waitresses using my knife. One wanted scissors (how barbaric) to cut the sole of her boot off. I said to use this, and gave her my knife. She wanted me to cut it, but I made her. Worked great. The other asked to borrow my knife . I asked her why, naturally. She had to cut a piece of floor mat. I gave it to her. It came back all black from rubber, but she said it was sure sharp. She handed it back open because she couldn't close it. I showed her how, opened it back up, and handed it back and made her do it. Here's the knife...

Re: What did you cut with your Spyderco today?
I used my Orange VG-10 Delica 4 to cut a 1.8m timber paling in half lengthwise!
I had to rip a 19mm thick, 1.8m long, fence paling down to half-width in order to fit it onto the last post on a fence line. I used my circular saw but incorrectly set the depth too shallow, essentially creating a long groove that ran down the length of the paling face and leaving the two halves connected by a thin piece of timber around 1mm thick.
I flipped it over so that the groove was facing down and the untouched side of the paling was facing up, hiding all signs of the circular saw cut. I then called the apprentice over and told him that I was going to cut this timber paling in half lengthwise using only my trusted Spyderco. I began cutting through the paling using overly exaggerated sawing motions. His jaw dropped and I had him for about half a second before he figured it out. He groaned loudly and stomped off shaking his head.
Good day today.
EDIT: Typo

Re: What did you cut with your Spyderco today?
Today I used my Stretch in ZDP-189 to cut about 40 1/4" zip ties. Absolutely zero effect on the polished edge. Usually it's my Blurple G10 Manix 2 that gets zip tie duty (2-300/month easily) but you'd never know from looking at the finely convexed and mirrored edge. Both steels can be a pain to sharpen, but they are very rewarding for your efforts when you do it right.
