At least I went two months before getting this one :smiling-halo

My holy grail ! Envious ! Dan

Thank you, Dan.

I had been searching for this model for a while, and considered myself fortunate to have gotten it. It had been posted on a local knife page and the ad was up for a good five hours before I saw it. Icing on the cake was the seller let it go for a very good price.

I am sure you will find one too at the right time :smlling-eyes

Somewhat different but here's my rare digital only manix, made with real stupidity not artificial intelligence:

It helped having the real thing and some calipers in front of me. I actually browsed this thread to get inspiration for some of the renders.

I'd buy a Spy27 Manix with those scales. Very cool.

Had the Rex45 on me today.

Made some scales, I think they'll be perfect for winter, in front of the fire.
I used a selected set of bookmatched Curly Birch scales, which I had for a while but did not know what to use for !

Thanks Rick, Dan and Jeff ! I had this particularly beautiful piece of wood for a while and never knew what to put it on. You have Dimi to thank for the fact it ended up on a Manix !
