That is the question I asked Linda (glasshartt). Simply put.......YES!!!!!
I like so many others have been touched by this unbelievable and most uncommon person.
Allen as you can see I've done what you commanded but now those decisions, which one!!! Soon I'll have two spyderco knives -
heck if feel like part of "THE IN-CROWD".
Allen the questions that I had are answered under - seven post (spydie santa strikes again). This explains to me why you do the things you do!!!!!
THANK YOU my friend....

Ken -
I'm as "real" as J.Blo ( oops! J.Lo <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>)
states in her song of the same title.

Yup...Allen E. Treat is as real as they get, UNLESS the G-10 Spyderco Police model that he sent to me (which is sitting here on my computer desk) is a figment of my imagination.<img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>.

Yes, Allen E Treat is real, and a close personal friend of mine <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
He is a very kind soul and a nice person - but you already know that <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Mr. Treat must surely be the present-day disciple of Saint Nicholas himself. What I mean by this is that he clearly gives joy to others for purely selfless reasons. He should be an example to us all, particularly at this time of year.
Thank you Allen, for the stark reminder lest we should become forgetful, amidst the hustle and bustle of this busy time of year.
All the very best, Jeff/1911.

I'd like to think that, my profanity
use/abuse, "Ivory Towering" over you
forumite(s), my insult(s) to ANY & ALL,
and just about ANY "offensiveness" Thou
has, That I am MORE A DISCIPLE OF
JESUS CHRIST<img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>. Not "Santa Claus"<img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>. We
should ALL remember His example to the
world, his LOVE for us<img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> and the noble
sacrifice made by Him on that lonely
hill on a cross <img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> and of his
ressurection <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>. Keep THIS MAN, who(m)
I'm unworthy to tread the soil of, if
he sets foot on earth again, in your
heart(s). ALWAYS <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Allen,
But is not the spirit of Saint Nicholas an embodiment of the spirit of Jesus, in the way that he prompts people to celebrate the birth of Jesus?
This is what I have always felt, anyhow.
Jeff.

ATE, you ole dog. Thanks for the info. Well actually more info than I really needed to know.
I don't think I would ever have had the courage - or the need - to check out the various flavors. Hee hee!! <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
