I would have to search for it and I am at work right now ( working hard obviously :) ) but I believe it has been stated that it will be laminated. San Mai is very popular in Japan so I believe that stock is readily available.

I wouldn't mind solid but for a folder I think laminated would make most sense.

Yes indeed. I would too. :) Here's hoping for burnt orange FRN!

Well there is a poll for the handle color and only 3 people voted burnt orange, my choice was teal but I think a lot more people should vote in general!

Sorry, this poll is just for the UKPK sprint, got confused with another one with FRN color options..

I am all over a Delica when they drop. This looks interesting to me and the color doesn't matter. It could be the color of pea soup and I would buy one. ;)

Wait a minute... isn't that the color of your D2 Para? ;)
I like it.

Yeah, pretty much. Green is my favorite color so that wasn't the best example. I would actually be excited if it was that color. The current foliage green frn is quite a bit different than the foliage green G10. I prefer the G10 color much more.

As the guy who bugged you to make an FRN follow up to the Superblue run, I can't tell you how excited I am. From you saying yes, to the group coming up with HAP 40 and you approving, to finding out it is burnt orange. Marketing professors could teach classes on your business model. Let me be the first to tell you thank you for letting us all taste HAP 40 and for listening to your customer base.
