I have a Leatherman Rebar on my work belt. Teamed up with my Dragonfly and Autonomy, I think I'm covered! ☺️

I decided to take my zt 0470 to work today. Finally finished up the edge (why is ZT so terrible at edges???) and it is seriously sharp. Stock one side was about 18 degrees, the other was probably close to 25! Way off center too. I took them down to about 32-34 degrees inclusive and got the edge close to center. Not perfect but much better than factory!

Did a run on the sharpmaker for the microbevel and she is SUPER sharp. Hair popping! Stripped a good bit of cable today, and the 0470 went through the outer jacket like BUTTER. Super happy with my edge. Great knife as well!

Still wonder how such a big company like KAI can't get their edges as good as little old Spyderco. Only my persistence has been off (still need to fix it), but every other one has a great edge from the factory.

Can't wait until my Amalgam shows up! I see myself carrying it quite a bit!

Great knife! Love mine too. Steak knife on one side and a box cutter on the other.

I'd say you're pretty well covered  I've never owned a Rebar, but I had a Super Tool 300 that I liked quite a bit. At the time, I thought it was too big and heavy, so I sold it.

I think I've already posted this in another thread, but I've been carrying these everyday for the past two or three months.

Whatever "other" I carry needs to compliment my :spyder: , and is generally some form of multitool.

I agree with you about the 300.
It is a big multitool! That's a great combo you have!

Let us know how it performs. I might have a medium Chopper inbound next week. It'll be my first 3V knife and I'm curious about the delta heat treat.

I am completely blown away by the Delta 3V HT. I put it through a few paces this afternoon, and it performed elegantly. Next on the list for me is a Medium Chopper too. I can’t believe how well made these CPKs are, and how sharp it came. Nathan really does not mess around. This FK2 is going to be perfect for a ligher duty camp knife and skinner this fall when hunting season starts!

If you had to pick would you go Benza or Xm? I don't need to pick but I've been thinking about a benza or a zaan. Leaning towards the zaan more though. Probably gonna pick up a used one someday.
