AC/DC's: Jailbreak, Thunderstruck, and You Shook Me all Night Long. Well, pretty much anything else they have done.

Rush: Tom Sawyer, Train to Bangkok, and just about everything else they have done.

*shakes head* What about the classics? Don McLean, American Pie, 1969 edition. True classic, with but one word different from what you normally hear in the 1971 version.

In the '71, the "good ol' boys were drinkin' whiskey and rye", but the original is "whiskey and lye". *walks out, whistling*

Also, how could I forget. Paul McCartney, "Live and Let Die" from the 007 flick of the same name.

Now you're talkin'...

My new *favorite* group would have to be Lit. I enjoy the songs, "My own Worst Enemy", "The Best is Yet Undone" and "You Make Me Completely Misrible". (Awesome stuff...) I also REALLY like most of NickelBack, and that one CD of their's rocks. (Silver Side Up) I also enjoy Blink 182 from time to time.

Cheers!

I, ummm... tough question. I'll go for A-HA, Chris Rea, Santana, Gary Moore, Dire Straits, SADE (I like her songs very much!) and lately Shakira
And a lot of many others.

Mine should be obvious "2112" by my favorite all time band Rush! I missed their tour this summer due to my job schedule, the first Rush tour I've missed since 1977! My next favorite song is off Geddy Lee's "My Favorite Headache" called "Working At Perfect". Favorite non-Rush song is "Eyes Of A Stranger" by Queensryche, followed by Bill Monroe's "My Last Days On Earth". RKBA!

Speaking of Nirvana...Notice the town that I'm from? Yup, it's the same town that Kurt is from! (I even knew him and Krist before they became "famous", and listened to them as they "practiced" here in Aberdeen in an old warehouse on "F" street).

My favorite song(s) are:

ALL of 'em on the Nirvana "Nevermind" CD.

"Oh, Pretty Woman" by Roy Orbison. (This is my all-time favorite!).

"Whole Lotta Love" and "Heartbreaker" by Led Zeppelin.

"Time of the Season" by The Zombies

"Tears of Heaven" by Eric Clapton

"Iron Man" by Black Sabbath

Just for this Forum:

Let’s start with "Mack the Knife" by Bobby Darren, Bryan Adams’ "Cuts Like a Knife", and Meatloaf’s "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" (“cuz we’re glowin’ like the metal on the edge of a knife&#8221 and then offer up some smokin’ cool Spydie sound bites:

Rollings Stones: Spider and the Fly (of course!! But crank up Buffalo Tom's version too!)
Little Richard’s version of: The Itsy Bitsy Spider (Disney kicks some Tutti Frutti butt, here!!)
Ramones: Spiderman
System of a Down: Spiders
Mecury Rev: Spiders & Flies (Live)
Tortise: Spiderwebbed
Apes of God: Spider Take a Ride
Evil Mothers: Spider Sex and Car Wrecks
Schatzi: Spider Smells Disaster
John B. Spencer: Spider on a Log
Bessie Smith: Spider Man Blues (Incomparable Blues from the '30s)
Instigators: Spider Monkey
Speedking: Spider Veloce
Ruben and the Jets: Spider Woman (Zappa Rocks!)
Gravity Struck: Spider Song
Ballurio: Spider Dance (The Album and the Song)

And just for fun:

Frank Zappa: Spider of Destiny
Jim Stafford: Spiders and Snakes (But I do like Spyders and Snakes!!!)

But I also like Metallica, Boston, Guns n Roses, Ozzy, Poison, Whitesnake, Great White, Warrant, Motley Crue, Good Charlotte, Kansas, Save Ferris, Cusco, Cinderella, Cake, Gorillaz, Hooverphonic, Jackyl, Nirvana, No Doubt, Mozart, and, Queen to name a few......
