What's a better slicer than the Delica FFG?

For soft stuff sharpness of the edge is the primary limiting factor, for harder stuff like potatoes, carrots etc. thickness of the blade stock becomes more important. With a keen edge all will slice pretty well :D I do enjoy the Cento3 though, the 2 mm hg blade with a sharp edge is pretty sweet :D

Looks like all the ones I'd suggest has been covered already.

Caly 3.5, Stretch, Centofante, and Chap.

They are a big part of why I like Spydercos. Excellent slicers.
