I want to agree and say yes, but that is a lot of money for a Jester. At least to me. I think I paid 50 for mine NIB last year.
Most recently acquired: Military 2, Paramilitary 2 Tanto x2, YoJUMBO, Swayback, Siren, DLC Yojimbo 2, Native Chief, Shaman S90V, Para 3 LW, Ikuchi, UKPK, Smock, SUBVERT, Amalgam, Para 3 CTS-XHP, Kapara, Paramilitary 2 M390
Grail Paramilitary 2 M390 X 2! ACHIEVED!!

I like the Ladybug and LOVE the Jester... The G-10 version is one of the sweetest watch-pocket carries that Spyderco makes. I would say you needs it, but only if you don't have a G-10 Manbug. It's not about the money or availability for me, it's about the shape of the spine. They could make the handle from recycled cow dung with fiber mix and I would buy one.

It's less tall than a Manbug...closer in height to a Ladybug (And same width and length). It's also a bit heavier than the FRN Ladybug, and MUCH more solid feeling. And the blade shape and jimping at the end of the blade are absolutely perfect on a knife this size. I'm convinced that the G10 Jester is the best keychain knife in the world right now...I've certainly never come across better. I say "absolutely", but I'm obviously biased and an enabler to boot haha.

Depends on how much you want a great little knife. I like the Jester spine enough that I ground the blade on my zdp Manbug to a similar shape. Do you have a Dremel? :) The last Jester is a sprint run so consider how much that matters to you.

I have used it for that in the past. It works ok as long as the steak isn't too thick.

What is the point of the jimping towards the tip of the blade?

^^^ :)

By placing your finger's tip there you'll achieve an unbelievable control over the tip of the blade, taking a very detailed cutting to a whole new level.

Everybody who has manbug, needs Jester. But if you have Jester, you do not need manbug.
Keep your eyes open on the secondary market and you will be able to find it.

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian

To piggyback on Jerry's thread. Do I need a Superblue Manbug if I already have the Ladybug? I don't see the need just going by the numbers.
