Spydie wiki usually does a good job of keeping track of variations.

I believe there was stainless with in-lays, but no solid SS. No G-10.

I thought Sal was toying with the idea of changing the choil on the stretch to see if it was well received. There was talk of a g-10 version to try it out as changing the FRN moulds would be costly. Maybe it is still in the works?

No G-10 Stretch so far, unless someone had one custom made.

First version had a stainless steel handle with Kraton inlays on both sides and a VG-10 blade. That one came in PE and SE.
Next version had peel ply CF scales over full liners, and a ZDP-189 blade. That one came in PE only.
Next came the FRN versions with nested liners, in both VG-10 with a black handle and ZDP-189, originally with a blue handle and currently with a green one. The VG-10 version was originally offered in PE, CE, and SE versions, but now only comes in PE. The ZDP-189 version was only ever offered in PE.
Next came a prototype version with stainless bolsters and cocobolo scales. Only a couple of them were made.
Latest versions have black and blue Nishijin GF handles and VG-10 core damascus blades.

As Liquid Cobra mentioned, a G-10 version may be the first Stretch produced with the new, deeper, choil.
