Getting this message: "Your transaction was declined." when trying to complete purchase.
tried two cards Visa and mastercard.

Halpern posted months ago about the price increases. They had to hire extra staff when the last mules were released so their costs increased. Even at the new prices they are still a good deal and you have the the ability to choose your own out of many options. I've already ordered mine.( in the spirit of putting my money where my mouth is)
Just ordered my Halpern scales(rosewood/diamondwood pattern), but had to contact them by phone! The site is experiencing difficulty with some people registering/ordering! If the site is not allowing you to register you can call and order over the phone. All scales are in stock at the present time and they are a pleasure to deal with! :D
