For a Multi-Tool, and it has to be functional, NOT like a 32 blade Swiss Arm Knife that does 32 things, but nothing well.

Like a Leatherman Wave or a Swisstool? Those are both very functional.

Gerber used to make a real nice multi-tool with great pliers. It came with either needle-nose or slip-joint pliers, and a few other tools. I have heard that it was discontinued, so you'd have to look for a new old stock or used tool.

Pound for pound my favorite multi-tools that are currently built to complement a knife are the Leatherman Skeletool and the Leatherman Style PS. The Style rides on my keychain and I use the tiny scissors and pliars quite a bit.

I just ordered one of these recently. Going to pair it with a zdp manbug for total keychain awesomeness. Is awesomeness a word? Sure it is.

The Leatherman Sidekick is a really good value (I have seen them go as low as $22 :o ) and included the modern conveniences that Leatherman recently got like spring opening pliers, pocket clip and outside accessible blades.

They are nice little tools. It's my TSA compliant friend.

Size wise I like this one (CS4) it is a little easier to carry. I have owned a Wave and a Skeletool and if size isn't an issue the Charge is also a great tool. I must say I did like the skeletool it was handy and I liked that you could clip it to your belt loop, I would take the pocket clip off though mine was constantly getting caught, I think that is how I lost it.

Well, I own three Leatherman Micra's, if that tells you anything. :D

I had my older leatherman juice get confiscated by TSA this year. It's funny, I've flown back and forth to California with it and no issues and out to Wyoming, no issues. However the TSA at Jackson Hole spotted it and took it away. I wasn't trying to sneak it through, but just had forgotten it was in my backpack. I didn't really mind losing it, but I did mind the fact that the TSA agent acted like I was a terrorist with my 1" leatherman multi-tool. Sheesh, I could do more damage with my shoelaces than with that thing.

What do you plan to do with it? Leathermans have decent blades and great pliers.

And I must confess, I love SAK. They're well-made and designed brilliantly. They won't open a can as well as a can opener, the scissors don't cut as well as a cheap pair of Fiskars, they won't loosen screws like a cordless drill, and they won't cut like a Spyderco Military but expecting them to is missing the point of a Swiss Army Knife completely.

You don't mention the size you want. If full size try Victorinox Swiss Tool Spirit. If keychain I'll go for the inexpensive Gerber Dime.

I have a Leatherman Wave TTi that I like a lot. It's heavy though.

I would recommend the Leatherman Wave - I have carried one almost every day for the past 7 years and it has come in handy time and again. It is also incredibly strong - I once used the open tool as a sort of pointed prybar to force open a padlock for which I had lost the key and it worked just fine with no damage to the wave!

The knife blades on the base model use 420 HC stainless steel which I find takes a surprisingly keen edge, as razor sharp as any of my spydercos, although it is more prone to chipping than say VG-10.

When the international trading model changes into small business sale, wholesale corsets are very popular and easy no matter on Europe or America. And most ladies like to match the fashion corset with wholesale stockings to build up slender shape.

Yea the style ps only has the tiny (.5" or so) scissors. I had one officer inspect it because I forgot to take it out of the coat. I offered to discard it but they quickly cleared it.

At $18 or so I'm quick to offer to trash things. Just easier that way.

Skelitool has everything I use on a daily basis and then some.
