Are these Kydex neck sheath any good? It looks that the knife could fall out and is not completely secure. I wanted to get one for my Delica 4 but hesitated, has anyone experienced these.

I wouldn't have anything but Kydex and usually the clamshell type is made with enough retention that the knife is not going to fall out. There is even a crossdraw speed holster for the Military that opens the knife as you clear the holster.

I've also been thinking about getting one too. Anyone have any stories about loosing a knife due to one.

Not all Kydex is equal. I have had very good success with River City Sheaths and Scott's sheaths (who I believe does the Spyderco sheaths for production). There are others who make a very good product (I only know this by reputation online) but I have personal experience with the two I listed above.

I carry a neck knife with a Kydex sheath at work all the time and none of them have every fallen out. Some I've made myself and some came with the knife.

I have a kydex neck sheath, as well as keyring sheaths for Spyderco dragonfly & for Leatherman Micra, I have carried both for years & they will not come out on accident. mine were made by Eric of On-Scene Tactical. great workmanship.

I've been using kydex nech sheaths for a year or two that were made by a forum friend here. I carry the D'fly2 or Manbug. I love this style of carry. It seems EVERY other method (deep pocket, clipped, belt sheath) at one time or another are a bit difficult to get to the knife. Of course I'm being very lazy when lifting up my shirt to get to my belt sheath is a pain. :) But, it is ALWAYS easy to get to the knife laying on my chest. Never lost a knife. I even was concerned about playing with my 3 year old grandson and him pulling it out. To pull the knife out without me knowing it is just about impossible I think. Of course this is with the sheaths I have. When the kydex is heated and formed it could end up being too loose. But all you need to do is heat it again and re-form it.
I like carrying a folder in a neck sheath instead of a fixed blade. With a FB I know it would just be a matter time before I poked myself in the chest trying to sheath it. :) : No worries about that with a folder.
I've seen some kydex sheaths with instead of a rivit there is a bolt/nut in a long grooved hole that is used to tighten or loosen the fit.
