I was preparing for a cat fight lol. Charlynn is a great gal, very patient and has worked with me through email to resolve warranty issues and was very patient and answered my numberous questions. Having many years working with the public, I can say from experience that she exemplifies what a good CS person should be.

And the fact that Sal himself goes through these forums to detect and route customer issues to her is truly exceptional - I don't know of any other company which has that sort of dedication to customer service.

Well done Spyderco!

It's nice to know they have great customer service.

It's also great that with 11 knives I have never had a need for customer service. :)

Any dealings I've ever had with Charlynn, and with Spyderco personnel in general, have been very positive. Glad that your experience was excellent as well.

However, in the future it might pay to keep in mind that some folks never read past a thread title.

My first reaction was "Wow! Something really bad must have happened to turn Cheddarnut to the Dark Side..."

I have had nothing but top shelf support from Spyderco. I think I've dealt with Charlynn as well and she was very nice.

Nicely done, Cheddar. ;) I think all of our pulses were up a bit when we first saw the title. :D Glad to hear you were able to get things figured out with W&R too!

Reading that header I thought this guy must have had a truly bad experience, most unusual.

Well done, a real eye opener, but please don't overdo it, you tend to cause adrenaline shocks!

Haha, yes this is kind of true. This thread might even show up on someone's google search as they are scrolling down.

It's always the "normal" ones you have to watch out for!!!!

The title is an attention grabber, but be mindful of Deacons point.

I have never had to avail myself of customer service either :)
