Any Anza owner?
Any Anza owner?
I just bought a Anza hunter, and I am waiting for the mail. They say that the blade is made from a file, but what steel exactly it's unclear. Any experience with this brand?

I own a couple of their knives and love them. They use American made high carbon files, mostly Nicholson. They use files that ate hardened all the way thru, not just the outside. They soften the file (annealing) it, allowing the steel to be ground into the knife shape. One the blade itself is 80% complete, they harden it again.

The main difference is ANZA is the best.
Make sure you keep it oiled at all times or it might rust.
Hope you enjoy your new knife.

Beautiful and functional knife-art.
What do you think?
Question: Are there Stainless Steel Files for knives or are they all carbon alloy steels?
