Visiting SFO tomorrow!

#1

Post by Left Hand Path »

My wife and I are traveling to Colorado, and should be at the SFO tomorrow afternoon!

Looking forward to seeing the displays and checking out some of the newer knives I have not seen in person yet, as well as the SETO kitchen knives that they carry.

I had been getting prepared by checking out some of the videos and pictures from Mr Blonde, and others on youtube.

Better not take your wallet in with you. It might be empty by the time you get out.

Good idea, just carry credit cards and your pockets will have more room for knives.

Those are both potentially good strategies :D

Have a great time at the SFO, Nick. I was fortunate enough to visit there with my family during our Colorado vacation this past July. To say that I acted like a "kid in a candy store" would be a grievous understatement. :o

Please take a few pics too if you get a chance!

Hey Nick. Enjoy your trip, I hope to make it out there eventually myself. Maybe you will get lucky and run into Sal. Take some pics for us.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)

I don't know for sure, but shouldn't your wife act as a governor to spending the kids college funds?

Dr. Mastiff thinks that children need to pay their own way through college so they learn responsibility, the value of money, and in general that they have only themselves to rely on. In fact they should have been fighting wolves by the time they were 12.

Heck, it was good for My Grandfathers generation. He had to walk twenty miles through 8 foot snow drifts during blizzards just to get to his one room school house every day in the winter and he was there on time! He didn't even have shoes. Just newspapers and vines to tie them with.

Wolves AND bears teamed up to ambush him and he was only 7.

That's what he said anyway.

If it was good for him why wouldn't it be good for our children.

I used to set up booby traps and run ambushes on my son by the time he was 10.

He turned out just fine! I think he did anyway. It's been a few years since he called so I know he's independent!

:)

Proud father!!
