What are your favorite places to buy your knives

New Graham Knives is my favorite, because Mike also has a bick & mortar store here in Virginia (that I love to visit) so I always feel like I am keeping the money local.
Cutlery Shoppe is also a really excellent place to buys knives as well as sharpening tools and multitools. Jeff L. is a knife nut like the rest of us.
Howes Knife Shop Jim has an excellent selection and pricing as well as terrific customer service.

These are the three I tend to hit up most. Sometimes Knifehog has random things on sale, I got a Persian2 super cheap not too long ago through there.

Howes wont ship to NY so he doesn't get my business anymore. It's too bad because he has great prices and collectors, but It's just not worth the hassle anymore.

BladeHQ for my Microtechs and New Graham Knives for my Spydercos. I started collecting Spydercos in 2003 and I'd estimate that 80% or more of the ones I've purchased new over the past ten years have come from NGK.

I get all my stuff from warriors and wonders. They are top notch and canadian. It saves me hassles with the border.

I use Grand Prairie (GP) often. They are adding on to their physical store in Illinois. I also like Knifeworks, CutleryShoppe, and Howes. Occasionally Knife Center and Blade HQ but they ask a lot more than the others. I have also used Amazon and pay attention to who sources the knives, sometimes Amazon, sometimes other less known. I try not to use Amazon, but I got a Gayle Bradley for $135 dollars, and ever where else was at least $150, and that was just one I think, so price does dictate what I do a lot.

I use the well known dealers named above when possible. BladeHQ amazed me by getting my Manix2 B/B from Utah to Alabama in 48 hours with free shipping plus the lowest price available at the time.

But my bottom line is same as endgame's:

Also, any port in a storm: I got my green Para2 204P (last one available this side or eBay) from Country Knives "Fine Cutlery" in Intercourse, PA, and it was a great experience. I spoke to the owner, Bryan Huegel, who's known Sal for about 35 years (1978)!

I'll have to put in a word for the stores that sell through Amazon, eBay, and Rakuten (previously buy.com). Some of these also sell directly. I've had great prices and excellent service from all I've tried: especially National Knives, Outfitter Country, Redsgear, and some smaller ones like SupremeSolutions.

National Knives is one of my favorites. Just ordered my Ulize from there. GPKnives, New Graham, BladeHQ, Knifecenter (Got my first Spyderco from them). There are a few Ebay members that I trust. Not sure if they can be listed?

usually one of the fairly well known companies listed above, or when I have the chance and time, Smoky Mountain Knife Works. Fun place to brewse. I check out ebay for cheap stuff, as well as the oxxasional gun show or flea market - but if I know what I am interested in, usually one of those low-cost internet sellers, from their own sites. Last B&M I knew of that specialized in Spyderco closed a few years back.

My first choice is my local knife shop. He gets 99% of my business even if the price is more. Support your local enthusiast. That said, his prices are usually comparable or better than online. As for online retailers I've only dealt with a couple but Howes and Cutlery Shoppe have been easy to order through and I can't actually remember if it was Knife Outlet or Knife Center who sold me my 20CP Para 2 sprint after it was long since discoed but whichever one sold it to me was cool enough to check blade centering and play before I ordered. I've heard good things about both anyway.
