Just played with one at SFO and it is amazing! I expected it to be heavier than it is and the cubic check carbon fiber looks incredible in person and provides an excellent grip. It fits in the hand naturally and the blade looks like it should be a wicked slicer. All those who have one incoming you will not be disappointed.

That's some good worms, thanks for the heads-up Shunsui. :)
Sorry KC but you're to slow.

Ooh, K-dub has a nice price on the Domino, more in line with what I thought it should be. I would be tempted to jump on that but I have a green para on the way so my knife fund is a bit low at the moment. I'll be looking forward to seeing some comparison pics when these babies start hitting some doorsteps.

Thanks Ted. I really like the look of the Domino (and frame locks / RILs in general) but I have always thought that the Sage takes up a lot of space in the pocket - I'm not going through the agro of Mauritian customs (weapon vs tool debate in the absence of any real guidelines - not sure how the SOG Tomcats I have seen available in a B&M outlet got in) for something that I could well never use. If it is too big I'll just have it shipped to South Africa and kept there until I go back at some stage.phillipsted wrote:Will do, P2. I'll throw in a Manix too, since some folks are comparing it to that one as well.
