On Scene Tactical, aka Normark... opinions?

#1

Post by vampyrewolf »

Hey, it's just me posting mindless posts, wasting bandwidth again... thats all...

Anyone else deal with Normark? I'm shipping my SS Dragonfly(means I'll have to carry the Q for a couple weeks), to get him to alter his keychain rigs, and make a neck rig for the SS 'fly.

$15 canadian, shipping included... I just have to get mine to him. I'm shipping this week, so I'll probably have it by the end of the month.

This after chatting on ICQ with him for the last few weeks. He even corrupted my mind into looking at the Inovas X5MT when I asked about his MiniMag hosters, now I'm trying to find $80 for that.

anywho, as you can tell, I'm bored. It's been an hr since I got up, nothing good on TV...

/mindless wandering off

He made sheaths for the Arc AAA LED light. I got one for me and one for the Mrs. They turned what was already the coolest, most useful little lights into something twice as good.

His work is excellent, his prices are reasonable in the extreme and his service was top shelf. You'll be pleased.

So far my experience with Eric at On-Scene isn't good. I ordered a Leatherman Wave Bikini and paid Eric by PayPal on Sept. 22, and haven't heard from him since. He hasn't answered an email I sent him, either. I don't know what gives, but IMHO that's not terrific customer service.

UPDATE: Eric just wrote to me that he had a family emergency that he has been attending to. Therefore, I take back my last post.

Hey Guys..

Thanks very much...

I'm a little,,well a lot behind in my work right now.

My mother was rushed to the hospital last week at 5:30 am, with what we thought was a stroke,,which turned out to be the beginnings of a diabetic coma...

I spent the entire week with her at the hospital, got nothing done in the shop,,and I'm still pretty rattled about the whole thing.

I didn't eat for a few days, which has left me really drained..
I'm taking care of most back orders early this week..
I apologize for the lengthy delay...

Hey Normark!!!!

Glad to hear from you!!! What type of diabetes is she suffering from??? Sorry about you being so rattled from this, I had that same feeling when Dad had his stroke. If you're looking to unwinde, If you have a Don Pablos in you neck of the woods. Get the fajitas and some iced tea. The perfect attitude adjuster!!

Hey Guys...

Thanks much..

Yaa it was pretty scary there for awhile..
Seeing her in that condition was not much fun..She was on her way into a diabetic coma I guess you would call it...I was sick for a week after that..

As far as unwinding goes.. That happens the week after next, when I'm chasing Venison backstraps with my Excalibur Exocet..

My partner was up north last week scouting and had 17 of them under his stand..Man I need a bloody vacation!!!

Thanks again for the concern guys,, All is well, Back on track with a True North setting..
