I tried searching on this but didn't find anything, so, if someone could help I'd be really very grateful
Question is: does the red-handled Delica trainer accept standard Delica blades?
A red-handled FRN Delica has haunted my dreams of EDC for some time now. And it is about time to do something about it I think :)
Thanks. Any tips, assistance or suggestions warmly received

I'm not positive it takes normal blades, I imagine it would, but it's better to keep the same lockbar with the same blade. So the best thing to do is swap the frn scales and leave everything else original

I've thought about doing this myself. Let me know how it works out.

The other way to think about this is to ask if the red scales will fit on a regular Delica
and I believe that they will. I think that others have done it in the past. You can also
rit-dye scales to darker colors, although I haven't personally done it.

Yes. But switch the lockbar too. I have a crimson (red scales darkened with rit dye) Delica with a zdp-189 blade. RTR.

I have done this with an Endura 4
Yes, it will work. Make sure you keep the lock back lever with the blade because they are fitted together.

Thanks for the prompts on the Rit BAL, notos&w, and thanks for that great pic of the serrated Endura Gunslinger :)
