The M390 Manix was in my pocket, but the chopper in the background did all the heavy lifting today :)

I am such a lucky man...

My hometown is the most perfect place on earth to live, just like perfectly made for me. In town, but even more so out of, around, above...town :)
So is the Stretch 1: Just like perfectly made for me and my hand... :)

Nice!
Do you prefer HAP40 or REX45 (and can you tell a difference between those too concerning edge retention?)?

I couldn’t say that I prefer one or the other, or even tell the difference between them if all things were equal. I probably touch up the pm2 more often, but I would put that down to the delica being thinner and what I use them for. The combination of edge retention and toughness makes them excellent user steels, very forgiving against edge damage and low maintenance keeping them sharp.

I spent a while trying to track down one of the non-bead blasted runs of those Leathermans, but ultimately settled on a Kick with clip as it was less than half the price. Still like the looks of that older model though.

I was kind of lucky in that regard, found mine in the glove compartment of a used car I bought some years ago
