New Lightweight Manix Colors

#1

Post by Cheddarnut »

Hoping for some variants on the LW soon, the current blue is too primary for my taste, hoping for some tertiary colors like bluegreen or yellow green...what would you guys like colorwise?

I would like to see this happen, especially the one on the bottom. I would like to see a clear one as well.
Don't mess with the Spyder because you think you're fly.

The top green is really nice. Red and smoke black/grey would look great as well.

+1. I'd buy one of those. Too many "Visible ______" and "Phantom ________" model kits in the 1960s and early 1970s. :D

See what pops up when I don't visit the site daily...
I'd take the green from the first, grey from the second, both the tops in their pictures odd.
I would've suggested the grey one.

They should consider doing this as a sprint I'm sure they'd sell.

I don't know if I'd buy another just for a different color (unless it's orange). But I do like the top green in the first pic. I'd also like to see clear.

I am looking forward to more colors, also...

I'd like to see an orange one, but any color option will probably catch my interest.

I'm not normally into color options either way, but something about the translucent aspect just strikes me the right way...

Thanks for posting these pics, Cheddarnut! The LW Manix2 is one of my favorite Spyderco's. Like mattman said, just something about the translucent color. Looks great out in the sunlight. Personally, I like the hot colors: red or orange or yellow. And the green is nice, too. I've been waiting for these, and yep, I'd go for 'em.

Make a LW manix exactly the same as now, except with a ZDP-189 handle.
