Dear Mr Glesser et al at Spyderco.
Please could we move on from the brown G10 and offer us some better colors.
The brown G10 is one reason I keep putting off buying a BS flipper. It would look really nice with black G10 I think.
Thank you,
Upul

Horses for courses...
I am a huge fan of for example the Southard and wouldnt change an iota about it.
In fact the color of the scale is a plus in my book and one of the reasons, that I really like the Southard.
But to each his own of course.

I also like brown. If anything, I'm getting a little tired of the grey G-10. But the brown is a nice, subtle, neutral color, that is perfect for the Southard, IMO. No right or wrong answer though, we all have different opinions.

I like the brown on the Southard, and the Calypso looks pretty brownish and I really like that as well. There are a couple shades of Brown I'd still like to see.

Recently got a Calypso Sprint and I like the brown. It looks classier than black G-10.

I for one am indifferent to the brown G10. The knives it has been offered on aren't in my wheelhouse so don't own any of it yet.

I was, and am, a big fan of the Foilage Green G10 that got used on lots (relative) of knives in the past and would love to see that come back. The Gray G10 is a nice contrast as well. Like the digital camo but only have one knife in it (Para 1).

Just an example of individual tastes varying.

I also don't mind a nice coyote brown. The only thing wrong with the gray G-10 is that they keep offering it on non-stainless versions, which I don't prefer in folders. I'd really love to carry something in gray G-10. I also wouldn't mind some more Foliage green, although I would hope the texture would be updated to be like the current peel ply models. The texture on my old G10 Delica doesn't feel as quality as the new stuff coming out of golden.

I'd welcome an expansion in the color pallet, as some have mentioned. A dark red or dark blue G-10 would be cool, and I'm really interested in the how the Green Para2 ends up looking. I also like that they seem to be expanding the glass/carbon fiber offerings.

I'm all about it. I personally didn't care for all of the black G10 that came out over the past year or two. I'd enjoy some other colors like burgundy, tan, dark blue, light blue, dark green, etc. To each their own, though. That's why there's so many different choices. :)

nobody is ever going to agree on a single color, so just make all the knives in all the colors :3

I like brown, it reminds me of chocolate :) .

I don't think there is *any* color handle that I haven't seen *someone* complain about, I think it is nice that we have variety.

If regular red is reserved for trainers, perhaps more available in a dark red like the Persian would be nice.

I am not crazy about brown and this is the reason why I passed my military to a friend. But I like brown on Calypso. Brown scales on ZT561 & temperance2 look fantastic, especially T2

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian

When talking brown...Coyote Brown is where it's at! :)

But as others have said...it's all a matter of personal taste. No right or wrong.

I am liking Brown currently because of the Calypso.

It would be nice to see some darker colors. Dark Blue, Dark Green (stag arms style), Dark Orange, Dark Red, Dark Gray, Dark Brown.
