Titanium Frame Lock Question

Not a Spydie so I'm posted here. This is my first ti-frame lock and I noticed it was "sticky". Is this a common issue that works its self out with time? I can see it being common as they are two different metals with different properties. Also is there something I can do to reduce this, like anodizing or is that just for cosmetic reasons?

To reduce this, the easier and cheaper way is to (dry) lub the tang of the blade, where the locking bar makes contact with this part, with some graphite (pencil).
