Spyderco is starting to get big on collaborative pieces with other custom knife designers. Let's see what you think, vote for the designer you'd most like to collaborate with Spyderco.

Kingdom Armory. :) . David Rydbom.

I don't own any of his knives but adore the aesthetics and philosophy.

Having just seen his work and the previous model a new Snody would be good

Doesn't Snody do a lot for Benchmade? Not that it matters but just making sure I'm thinking of the right one. Does Spyderco have an "older" Snody?

Snody did the proto for Mike's Ronin and Yojimbo. As I understand since he helped being the dream to fruition Mike gave him a thumbs up to keep making a custom version.

That is a somewhat accurate account :p

My two favorite collabs are Ed and Gayle. I'd love to see more from either/both of them.

Collaboration with Kingdom Armory David Rydbom. He's already using the Spydie hole under license from Spyderco for his custom blades.

We've already got Anso and Schempp represented (with more Schempp in the pipeline...and hopefully more Anso too) and a Southard on the way (hopefully the first of many designs). So that covers my favorite three custom makers. I guess all I can ask for is more designs by these guys!

I agree, my favorite current collaboration has to be between Janich's Yojimbo or Ed's Navaja.

I would like to see a Strider. I love his knives but the price is simply too much especially for someone my age. If Spyderco did a Strider collaboration, I could definitely see it having a much lower price tag. It would also have some of the key features that I enjoy from both companies. It would be awesome to see Sal and Eric get in on it too.
