Create your frankenspyder

after fooling around with my paramilitaries, I decided to take the cts 20cp blade from my grey para and switch it with my orange paramilitary's blade

This got me thinking of all the different possibilities. I think it would be really cool to buy an s90v mili, orange g10 mili, black mili, and a titanium mili. Then use the s90v blade, titanium frame-lock with orange G10 and black hardware! :D

Let me know of all your ideas!

Id like to mix the pivot screw from a leafstorm and the blade from a bug and the scales of a police with an integral phantom liner-bolt-slipjoint lefthanded tanto trainer, with a lanyard made from dog thistle and bound by the blind soup monk of cardigan valley. Tip up, mind you.

That would be perfect except for the pivot(it should be from a starmate) and the blade(which should be from a honeybee) and the scales(ATR), and the lock(Slipjoints would be perfection) and finally it should be tip down. :D

Looks good.

I now have a Manbug with G-10/ss bolsters and a ZDP-189 blade. Very cool. I like the fact that Spyderco has different models that the blade or scales can be swapped per the owner's desire. This does void the warranty though so don't tell Spyderco you did it. :D

I put together a green G10 Dragonfly with ZDP blade. It's a lot easier to open and close with one hand than the FRN version.

YES, we need more red FRN scales. My frankenspyder is a scale and blade swap as well.
