Green Tenacious sprint run

Post by bdblue »

Do I get the honor of the first person with a legitimate photo?

For some reason I received a green one first. In this quick cellphone photo, on my monitor, the picture looks a bit more evergreen than it does in person. In person it looks lighter and a bit more like OD. You can also see in this photo how it compares dimensionally with a Paramilitary 2. It is also a bit heavier, but not too heavy and maybe I like it being a bit heavier. It opens easily but not as frictionless feeling as the Para 2 and feels good in my hand. It also seems to be very sharp out of the box.

I touched up the photo a bit to look more like what I see in person.

Actually its not a sprint, its a dealer exclusive, they can make as many as the dealer wants.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)

The Tenacious is one of my favorite paterns by Spyderco. I think it's about as close as you can get to the perfect knife. I wish they would make the Tenacious in a premium steel like S30V or VG10. Everything else is already there and all you would have to do is drop in a different blade.

I would buy one in a better steel, but china steel and a difference colored grip does not do anything for me.
