Spyderco customer service. A+

#1

Post by professir »

Just got back my Hunter and Harpy from sending in for sharpening. What a treat to get such great customer service, PERFECT sharpening and FAST.

In this case, you DO get what you pay for!!!! I am SO happy with the results. I have used these knifes for over 20 years, and they are good as new......again!

Thank you Spyderco!

(no, I do not work for them, or any financial interest, just elated customer!)

Hi Sal, Charlynn took care of me to the nine!!! Deff the best customer service I've dealt with. Just received many knives back from sharpening and maintenance. One of my knives a Superhawk, was not repairable and they offered me a credit. The credit bought me a Caly 3.5 Super Blue. All knives came back razor sharp! Charlynn was a pleasure to speak with and she made me feel like family when dealing with me.

Welcome to the forums and glad that your knives are back in business. However, after 20 years I believe that those knives need a break every once in a while. I am not a psychic, but play one on here.
I see a new Spyderco in your future.....comfortable handle....shiny sharp blade... easily opened and closed..... lightweight and yet powerful.....Please pay at the door and come again.

it's true, spyderco's customer service does indeed rock. While their knives rarely give me trouble, i have sent in one that was defective. I was sent a brand new replacement, and they payed for the return shipping. Way to go Sal, Charlynn and everyone else at spyderco. yall rock!

(PS...you do still need to made my black PE delica, though...with neon scales...heh heh...)

Just got my Merlin and Endura back. Great job of shapening and bringing these old blades back to life. Well the worth the $5. Both knives are about 15-16 years and have been abused to say the least. They look brand new.

Welcome to the Forum, Professir!

You are right on the money with regard to the superior customer service at Spyderco. I'd sent a few my models in for repairs several years ago and they were super fast and very helpful.

Cheers,

~S.
