I started making Paracord bracelets for my family and friends so I had some shorter lengths left over. I learned how to do a Lanyard Knot from this video. If anyone has a little paracord laying around they are easy to do. Here are some pictures of my Para2.

I love the chrome buckle on your paracord bracelet. Where did you buy them and what are they called?

Your post timing couldn't be better. I've just purchased three colors of paracord and intend to make some lanyards and paracord bracelets very soon.

They work out perfectly for this application.

I'm a believer in "lanyards" My old buddy "GHOSTRIDER" is truly the master of lanyards. His work is paramount. Since I've been back full time I've wondered where he has been lately.

There is a big lanyard thread that was started by my buddy "Doc Snubnose" and it's almost as big as my mega-powered Hawkbill thread "Now's The Time: For A New Hawkbill". His big Lanyard Thread is a fabulous thread with tons of information on lanyards and I would highly advise anyone to take a serious look at it.

Also there are some good lanyard threads over at Bladeforums.

I always use lanyards especially when I'm working around a lake, stream, pond or any other water source where it would be easy to lose a blade.

I bought ten of those in the 3/16" size. Thanks for your advice. I'd have been lost at what size works best for paracord bracelets if it had not been for your thread.

They're more money than the plastic clips, but a far better look overall. So well worth it.
