I've seen ads myself for that knife, but I still see it as a pre-order everywhere I look. I guess I'll just keep on looking and waiting.....

I was at a Kentucky Fried Chicken the other day and swore I saw Elvis cutting a chicken breast with a Yojimbo II.

I'll believe it when the knife shop has them in stock.

The most reliable place to learn about new releases is on this forum from posts by TazKristi or Dapagco under “New Product Announcements”. Lately they’ve been pretty good about updating the New Products section of the online catalog too. I don’t think there’s need to check any other sources.

It's available for pre-order from kc right now and I emailed catamount (Tom from spydercovt.com) my pre-order. :D

Ads are placed in advance. Our original plan was that the Yojimbo2 ad would hit when it was released based upon our current schedule at the time. As most of you know, sometimes our production schedule changes for various reasons. Such is the case with the Yojimbo2. Current ETA (emphasis on the "E") is Nov/Dec. So, we're not too far off barring any unforeseen circumstances. ;)
There is nothing more important than this one day.

Thank you for the reply/update TazKristi, you're awesome. I'll be sure to buy one, whenever it comes out...though the wait is killing me!

Thanks Kristi, but that doesn't explain what Elvis was using at KFC.

I've pre-ordered four from Michael Janich. One to EDC, one to set aside for the collection and one each for my young sons to take possession of when they are old enough.

Actually, it was Elvis II using the Yojimbo II.

What, I can't believe the yojimbo 2 thread is already on the second page :) So do we think the introduction will pull the prices of the original yojimbo down a little?

I really hope so. The new design is great, but I love the look of the ol' smurf-slayer.

The only knife that can replace my Para2 in my back pocket is a Yojimbo2. Can't wait!

Oh who am I kidding. Replace? I meant to 'pair along with.'
