The clip on the Vallotton never bothered me that much. I do carry it quite a lot. The super smooth draw and beefy, well everything, just make it a fabulous velvet hammer. I'm happy to see I'm not alone in EDCing the knife. Letting the knife die in your collection is such a shame in my humble opinion.

I like that velvet hammer description! No doubt it is a shame to let it lanquish in the drawer/safe. :)

Of course I realize that some folks do not like the larger sized, and heavier weighted knives for edc, and that is cool. Each to his own! :D

Just because I don't EDC it doesn't mean it's languishing. Mine still gets handled and admired regularly. :D

I always loved the looks of his "Viper" OTF model. I never could ju$tify the price though.

There is a lot of Vallotton love coming from me. IMO, the Vallotton is easily one of the most amazing Spydies to date. Not only that, it is one of the top knives I own by any maker!
