Since it will be a while before I can get one, I can salivate. :) till that time comes when I will get one. Pictures, we need pictures. :D

my junior dialex just arrived yesterday. I must say that the knife is smaller than I thought it would be, though I really love this knife. It is about the size of my Sage 2 or my Delica 4, but much lighter at 2.8 ounces. It also feels very thin in the hand as well. The big thing about the knife, that I love, is the cut out in the handle holds your hand to the knife like it was meant to be there. I hope Spyderco comes out with a larger version of this knife. Anyone out there who enjoy carrying Spydies that are the size of the Sage or Delica knives will be happy with this knife.

Mine will arrive tomorrow!

Much lighter than a sage you say, with a compression lock? I guess I really misjudged the Junior in initial impressions sort of assuming it was heavier due to the compression lock. I would love to see a side-by-side photo with the sage and something a bit larger like the stretch.

yeah the junior weighs in at 2.8 ounces and the sage 2 at 3.4 ounces. it is also kind of deceiving too when you first look at and hold the junior. the knife looks and feels small until you open it and compare it to some other knives. my wife even remarked on how small and light the knife was, but again, i really love the junior overall. i really think that those who love to edc small and lightweight knives, will enjoy this bad boy too. i would post pics for people to see, but i have no idea on how to do that.

Mine is scheduled to arrive today!

I do have to say it's cozy in the hand.. It's actually a little shorter then the sage folded and longer open. If you are a flicker this knife is effortless to open. I also recommend a deep pocket clip. I took one off a UKPK.

Thanks for the pictures. Gives me a much better idea of the size.

To be honest, the billboard sized designers mark sort of turns me off and sort of overwhelms the blade. I wonder why it is so large and prominent.

Not a fan of the designer's mark...i can respect it, but dang it's big.

I would love to see this knife with a wharnie blade like the Yojimbo. I bet this would make a nice skinning knife and of course food prep, but the blade might be a bit short.

Mine came yesterday. I was not even aware of this knife until a few days ago and someone mentioned it here. I love this knife LITE THIN Sharp COMPRESSION LOCK!!!!!!!!!!!! Feels great in hand and an excellent slicer and the fit and finish is close to perfect. And with the compression lock it is very easy to operate one handed. Nearly as easy as my UKPKs. I have a Sage3 that seems larger but they are both about the same size. The junior folds to a compact size when closed. Perfect IWB carry as this is how I carry because it is easier to conceal a knfe and is now my preferred carry method. Thanks for the photos.

BTW, Gullwing this is one knife I can't quit handling and using. I like this knife and it is one of my favorites out of about 50 or 60 spydercos and another 50 or more knives from my collection over the last 50 years. OH Lord I am an old timer now. Anyone who likes a sharp G10 VG10 comp. lock and great slicer/cutter can't go wrong with the Junior. I have not been this excited about a knife in a long time and I nearly missed out on this one! Thanks forum members!

Got mine today! Will easily replace all of my other edc knives.

I'm uploading a video on the knife but probably won't be finished for a couple hours. Look for it in my signature.

I'll probably carry the Balance and the Dialex Junior every single day together.

I believe the two most ergonomically designed knives from Spyderco over the last year or two.

The Junior looks SO good. Really wish that I had a job so that I could buy one!!

I completely agree, if I see this go on sale or find one on the secondary market.......I'm buying another one. By far the most unique and ergonomic knife from Spyderco!

I think I am going to switch out the wire clip for a deep carry pocket clip though.
