From the comparison photos, I would have to agree as well.....The new grind DEFINATELY looks much better IMHO :D

Tell me about it. I had to buy two Lum tantos. One to use, another for collection. Some knives you just can't pass up no matter the cost. Now I need to save up for my Lionspy that suppose to arrive next month. I don't think that one will see much use. Still don't know if it's a hollow or flat grind. Oh well I'm sure that wont matter much.

Never been a fan of tanto folders, but this one acts like a magnet for some strange reason. I hope I will stay strong and resist the temptation :D

It is a great knife. My grind is a little funky and needs some fixing, but since I'm not going to use it i'm just going to leave it in new condition and save for my kids.

Hope they do a regular production tanto WITH JIMPING!!!!

I got mine a bit ago and love the polish on the blade instead of the more brushed look. I normally go for the brushed look but when I saw this one come out of the box I was like "heck yeah"

Sorry about that, lol. :p I figured it was alright since the OP posted a current sale as well.

Anyway, the knife is great. Fit & Finish is excellent, really smooth action, strong construction and tip, and incredibly sharp. I just didn't really like the tanto blade style.
