I called ashley this morning at 7:59 at kw and she said I could only get one. I really want two so if I mess one up I have a back up. I wish it were 5pm. Ups takes forever to deliver here.

Yeah its a 4 or 5 hr drive. I think I rather pay the 8 or so to ship it. Roger told me if I ever wanted to go there I could. If I couldn't make it on a weekday to let him know and he would go in on a Saturday and let me check everything out. I actually made that post last night at midnight though but mountain time shows it as 10pm. I should get it today.

I almost ordered a second one from CS but I decided against it. There's another shipment coming so I guess I can take my chances of getting a second then. Figure someone wants their first one more than I want my second. One day I'll drive out to knifeworks. Ashley and roger seem like nice people over the phone. I can't wait to get this knife in hand. I'm so curious to see the grind in person. I think that's one of the main reasons I ordered this knife. Such an uncommon grind for a production or in this case semi production knife

Got mine. Wish I had ordered that second one from cs. This knife is beautiful. My friends gf even said it was a pretty knife. I love how the hamaguri grind tip is mirror polished feels great in the hand definitely an edc knife. I just need to invest in some stropping compound. Id post pictures but my phones camera wouldn't do the knife justice.

I like the gray G-10 on this a lot more than I thought I would. Here's a pic of my newly received Lum Tanto, along with one of its ancestors.

What I really like about it is how small it seems. From holding it, I would never thing it had close to a 4" blade. Feels very sleek.

I can't stop looking at this thread. I can't wait for mine to be here. Now I'm looking at the Lum Chinese folders too. I wish there was a gray g10 one to match the tanto.

Mcm you must be thinking like me. When can I get my second one. Its an awesome folder. Very smooty its almost too easy to open. Just a slight flick of the wrist and it locks open. I'm thinking about tightening the pivot some. It does hide its size well. The militaries edge is only an 8th of an inch longer. Now I carry my millie and tanto. I just can't decide which I like more. There will definitely be another lum tanto in my possession soon.

I received mine yesterday, thanks to NGK and noticed that grind is slightly different than on original. BTW, I like grind on the sprint little more.
What about you guys?

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian
